My first instinct when I get sad or bored is to make something to occupy/entertain myself. It’s something I learned to do at a very young age. Artists are good at being alone I guess. I get into this cycle where I just keep occupying myself by myself and forget that people exist and that people are also fun and nice. If you are a person who can create collaborative experiences, start a band or a group project, ask people for help, then I am jealous of you.
